Contract / Session Agreement
The following are the terms and conditions of the contract:
1) When you purchase your images, they are to be used for ordinary domestic, private purposes only. They are not allowed to be on-sold or used in competitions. This is consistent with the Australian Copyright Act 1968.
2) The photographer will own copyright of all images taken.
3) I grant to Louise Gebran, (the "Photographer") copyright and irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of me and my family members involved in the photoshoot. The images may be altered, combined with other images, published or displayed in any media for advertising, trade, and any other lawful purposes. I release The Photographer from all claims and liability relating to the use of the images & agree that I have no further right to any (additional) fees or consideration.
